Sunday - Steak and potatoes seasoned as desired.
Monday - Prepare cod fillets in 1/3 c chicken broth, 2 garlic cloves salt, and pepper. Remove cod, add 1/3 c chicken broth, 1/3 c lime, 1 tsp lime zest and cook until boiling. Add cod back to pan. Add fresh parsley leaves and 1 Tbs ghee and serve.
Tuesday - combine 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 3 Tbs while grain mustard. Rub onto both sides of 2 pounds turkey breast. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes, rotate pan and bake another 30 - 40 minutes. Combine with choice of veggie.
Wednesday - Add 2 pounds chicken breast to crock pot, layer in enchilada sauce, let cook for the day. Remove and top with creamy avocado dressing.
Thursday - combine dry ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (plus extra for seasoning pork chops)
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper (plus extra for seasoning pork chops)
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup finely ground blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour or tapioca flour
Dip chicken breast into 1 large egg, bread and fry in extra light olive oil. Add salad or veggie side.
Friday - Combine:
3 c chicken broth
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1/2 c black olives
2 c zucchini
1 lb Italian sausage
1 package pepperoni
Bring to a boil, let simmer, serve after an hour of cooking on low.
Saturday - Prepare 1 - 2 lbs beef with taco seasoning, per packet instructions. Layer atop 1 bag of potatoes o'brian. Bake at 425 for half hour, or until potatoes are done. Remove from ove, top with lettuce, tomatoes and "cheese" sauce.
