Sunday - Bake ribs and make coleslaw with Whole30 dressing.
Monday -Make meatloaf as usual, leaving out crackers and adding almond flour to same consisyency. Bake baby red potaotes, tossed in ghee, rosemary and season salt.
Tuesday - Prepare 1 - 2 pounds chicken breast, add onion, green olives, Tumeric, curry and salt.
Wednesday - Add beef ribs to crock pot, add one jar banan pepper rings, and salt. Set on low for the day.
Thursday - prepare chicken tendera, add Frank's hot sauce, mixed with 2 tbs vinegar.
Friday - grill burgers and top with favorite veggies, compliment with sweet potato fries.
Saturday - Ham Steak and your favorite veggies
