Made these sweet potato fries with dinner last night. A great alternative to the french fry and one that won't stay on the plate long if you try them out.
Cut into fry like pieces. Toss in tuscan herb olive oil combined with Creole seasoning (careful! Could get hot, fast!). Melt 1 Tbs grass fed grass finished butter; pan fry for a bit. Salt to taste and broil until potato begins to brown, or black if you like that kind of thing.
