I love dinners that nearly make themselves. This is another super easy, yummy and quick dish that can be thrown together while one kiddo is doing homework, and baked while you head out to pick up the other from practice.
4 chicken breasts 1 jar Tikka Masala sauce (low carb, low sugar)
Pour contents of jar on chicken in baking dish, place in oven at 350° for 45 minutes, and dinner is done. Add baked green beans and a salad, and you have a nice meal with a different flavor.
