Pork And Slaw

Pork was already done from Sunday's crockpot prep.
.
Placed about 4oz pork atop 1.5 c coleslaw. Covered with saran wrap and warmed up for two minutes, which helps soften the cabbage. Topped with salsa and dressing.
.
Eating #Whole30 can be seriously delicious!

Ok, cool! Didn't know if maybe it was a coleslaw made with some kind of dressing on it already.
