My Friday night! Yes, pizza is a big hit for us by the end of the week, like most other families in America. My diet has to be tight, so I defaulted to the egg crust pizza. Still JUST as satisfying and with only 357 calories, 22g fat, 3.5g carbs, & 35g protein. It filled my macros and calories out for the day, as well as my stomach.
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
6 tsp Silver Plate spaghetti marinara
4sl sandwich pepperoni
1tbs Parmesan cheese
17g mozzarella cheese
Cook egg until crispy. Place on oven safe dish/pan. Add remaining ingredients from sauce down. Warm up in oven at 350° until cheese is gooey. Top with garlic salt and enjoy.
