This soup hits the spot when it is cold out. It is pretty simple to make, but does take a little while for the cauliflower. Needed: 1 head cauliflower 2 Tbs Ghee Garlic salt, pepper, and curry to taste 2 c chicken broth 1 sl cooked bacon To prepare cauliflower, melt Ghee and pour over fresh cauliflower, then add seasonings. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to one hour. Boil broth and cook bacon. Once done, combine and enjoy. Yum!
