Alfredo: Combine garlic and oil in saucepan, bring to a boil. Add coconut milk, reduce heat. Once coconut milk has turned to liquid, add salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Slowly add arrowroot, to desired thickness.
Chicken: Add ghee to frying pan, melt. Add sliced chicken and fry until done. Add more minced garlic, salt, pepper and garlic powder here if you like. I did and it only made it more yummy.
Cut Broccoli from stems and combine with chicken in a baking dish. Poor the Alfredo sauce over both, cover and bake for half hour, or until broccoli is done to desired tenderness.
