Breakfast Idea #1

My breakfasts are hardly typical. I do not consume a lot of carbs, or sugars - or I most likely will have a hypoglycemic episode, to some degree. This morning's breakfast was simple:

5 slices turkey bacon
5 tsp red quinoa
1/4 avocado, divided
1 sl extra sharp cheddar cheese, divided

It gets the day going, and keeps me full for a few hours, and its pretty tasty too :)
