Another Whole30 approved lunch or dinner. Cook your favorite bratwurst until done. I always have to cut mine when cooking in the pan, I hate to see or eat (not good for you) pink. I always add water when cooking, to keep the brat from burning. This yields a nice red juice (there is probably a culinary term for this). I then add coleslaw mix to the juice and let it cook to desired tenderness. In today's case it became a little softer than I like, but it was ok, it was like having sauerkraut rather than coleslaw. It's all the same! Bon appetite!
