Fry beef and onion in pan. Drain unwanted fat, if there is any. Add water and seasoning, allowing some water to be absorbed.
In one tortilla: layer guacamole, beef, salsa, lettuce, tomato and ranch. Fold and eat with your hands.
Unless you do like I did and have it so loaded down you have to eat it with a fork ;)
Why not just use a premixed taco season packet? It has non Whole30 ingredients:
