When you don't feel like another cold salad with olive oil dressing, this is a good way to get your leafy greans.
Fry 5 pieces uncured bacon. Wash kale, cut from stem. Add to skillet with bacon pieces and grease. Salt as desired. Fry until leaves appear done. Turn off stove, top with red peppers or cherry tomatoes. Add feta cheese, if dairy isn't an issue.
