Week Three, Down Four Pounds

This week’s check-in wasn’t surprising. I was down 4 pounds on Monday. Again, this is probably attributed to the fast I’ve been on the past eight days, and is most likely water weight. My only exercise has been walking, because my focus has been on enjoying the time of fasting and spiritual discipline, rather than physical. After today’s prayer sessions, I will transition back to Paleo. I’ve been feeling so good, and can feel the hormonal shift in my body from not having dairy and gluten-grains again. So I plan on riding this wave for a little while. Why not? I feel great and desire 
to continue to be sensitive to God’s Holy Spirit – and oh am I! I hope this past week has been going well for you also! Please let me know if you have questions and comment below if you would like to check-in J
