Numbers are in and the program appears to be working! Of course it only works if I execute it, so yay me!
In summary, I have lost 3.4 pounds of fat and gained .6 pounds of muscle, according to the Omron scale I have. These numbers are WITH the start of my cycle, yesterday. Maybe they'll be even better next week?
