Feeling flipping fantastic this morning. I did wake up at 3:30 because of a very full bladder, other than that I had another restful night of sleep. Repairing and building taking place, yeah! My arms are feeling last night's workout, more my right than left. I need to make sure I am balancing the weight.
Meal 1: Tortilla crusted tilapia, 1/4 banana, 1 tsp peanut butter
Meal 2: pork loin and berries
35 minute walk at varying inclines
I am glad I am free this evening. Looking forward to midweek down time with the fam.
Meal 3: whey protein shake, rice, chicken
Meal 4: Atkins Dark Chocolate Coconut Crunch Bar
Meal 5: 70g pork loin, raw cauliflower
Meal 6: 100g curried chicken, spring mix salad w/ bacon pieces, balsamic vinaigrette, feta cheese, French onions *1/2 pumpkin muffin
Great day today. I did get hungry around 5 pm, which is when I ate a snack. Then had dinner shortly after. The Kre-alkalyn I ordered came in today, so I will be taking that as a supplement, as well as probiotics, and a multi-vitamin.
