Completed upper body this morning. Following two days of low carb (about 50g per day), I pre-fueled with part of a banana and 1/3 protein shake. Enjoyed the rest of both immediately following this workout:
Inclined chest press 15# 3/12 Flat flies 10# 3/12 Flat press 15# 3/13 Push ups 3/12 Bent over rows 15# 3/12 Tricep extensions 10# 3/12 Inclined hammer curls 10# 3/13 Stretching and yoga ball lifts Glad today is a carb up day, I was feeling pretty tired and cranky yesterday evening, which I guess is to be expected.
