Two Weeks One Day To Spartan!

Just two weeks away, yes! While I haven't posted my workouts in a couple weeks, I HAVE been working out. I crossed off the last day of this month, following my mid day workout and felt SO motivated!

For me it is encouraging to know I stuck with my F.A.I.T.H. goals and saw results! Being down a total of 5.4 lbs in just the past three weeks is pretty motivating. But sticking to my plan and seeing a small percentage of deviation, is just as motivating to me.
My food hasn't been fancy, in fact it is pretty much the same every day, but I don't mind, and it is working. My workouts are the same from week to week as well, so not much to update on that front.

Now it is time to set the plan for May and get going....
