Home from work, ran the oldest to basketball, volleyed with the youngest, took a cat nap in the hammock, and just finished up 2 miles of sprints. And all he can see is the road and dinner!!
You need to workout but you also need to mow your lawn!! Well, a push mower takes care of both AND gives doubly the sense of accomishment after close to an hour in the FAT BURNING heart rate zone. I'll take that, thank you. #cutlawncutfat
