I cannot believe I am almost done with week three of the challenge. I worked out tonight, as planned. Spending time on the weight machines for two circuits, and followed that up with 12 minutes of HIIT and a cool down. I felt strong, but completely depleted by the end of the cardio session. I can definitely tell a difference in energy and stamina during workouts, with the lower calories.
While doing leg work, I wished I had shorts on. I could feel my quads firing and felt the definition. It would have been cool to SEE it as well!
The bonus for the night was spending time shooting hoops as a family. Yes, we are going to go home and watch a movie, but we chose a clean dinner and activity, over two movies and a pizza. I am so happy my family loves being active and it brings us together!
