Day 9, Wk 2 of 8 Week Challenge

Intense day, today at work. I was really ready to get home and have a nice meal and kill it in the gym. I was so grateful when I got home my hubby made dinner and we were all ready to go workout. He snapped a photo of me while I was getting ready to do my HIIT session, and I thought I can really tell my body is changing, regardless of what the scale says!

I also spoke with my mentor/friend/coach, Michelle. She reminded me to be mixing up my intensities during lifting sessions, so I am going to be playing with that in the coming week.
