With week one coming to a close, I planned to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, today. I did, however clean the house, catch up on laundry, made a nice taco salad for the fam, and then managed to read a bit and watch a movie. It was nice, but I seriously felt like I needed to be working out. It was a real struggle. Ready for tomorrow's lifting session!
