The day started off well with devotions, but I left out the coffee. My stomach has perpetually been upset for the past several weeks, in the morning. I first tried removing eggs. Not it. Removed coffee, found the culprit! I guess I simply can't have coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It was really messing with me!
Higher calorie, higher carb day for me today, to go along with my strength training:
