Day 2 of 8 Wk Challenge

Many things going on today between work, snow delays, and my daughter's birthday! It was great to get home and prepare a nice meal for my extended family to enjoy with my daughter for her special day. We enjoyed a nice meal of bacon wrapped dates, stuffed mushrooms, tomatoes and mozzarella, pork ribs, salad, and cheesy potatoes - all at her request. Thankful my husband helped out and we all enjoyed our time together.

Today was a low calorie day to go along with my HIIT cardio. Although I had a modest serving of cake and ice cream, my calories came in where they needed to, but obviously not of the highest quality ;)

Today's workout:
15 minutes HIIT on the treadmill
15 minutes steady state
15 minutes YOGA

I was spent and ready for bed, which I didn't get into until 11. A little late for me, hoping to re-coop tomorrow night.
