Day 16, Wk 3 of 8 Wk Challenge

Another rest day. I am looking at tweaking my plan a bit to maximize bothing timing of my workouts and placements of my foods. Tomorrow, I am going to begin taking measurements and assessing my body fat percentage via a bioelectrical impedance analysis. I like the idea of having another way to track my progress. Measurements always speak louder than the scale, and I swear my clothes are getting bigger! This will help me no for sure, rather than go on feeling alone.
