Almost a lazy day of rest! Began the day with my workout and yoga. SOOOOO nice! I love stretching and breathing and just being in the moment. Although, it is extremely difficult. My mind wants to run a mile a minute, which is the whole point of making sure I incorporate yoga. I NEED to quiet my mind. Especially with so much going on right now. I always say right now. The fact is, this is my life. This is the way it is. I need to learn to be in the moment in the "right now" moments, and allow the stress to fall away from the expectation that one day it won't be this way.
