I spent some much needed one-on-one time with my husband today. With a shift difference between the two of us, it can sometimes be a challenge to get quality time together. We ate clean and rather enjoyed the time together, talking about the future and enjoying our favorite clean eats. I did get my workout in, so that was a PLUS.
Tonight's workout: 4 sets of weighted walking lunges, using 60 pounds of weight Steady state cardio between sets and to finish the set off.
