It is nice to be through yesterday's work crunch. Today was much more relaxed, and I felt much less tense. I really must say, incorporating the yoga breathing techniques into every day life is really helpful. It is also helpful in those moments when I feel like I cannot do another rep, or round of HIIT. The mind really would have me stop at my comfort zone, but change will not be created that way. Combine the breathing with the Scripture of the day, and I just have a greater sense of peace and confidence. I love it.
Tonight's workout: Assisted Pull-ups Dead Lifts Standing Press HIIT - I increased intensity and really wanted to puke, so I think I was doing something right ;)
