Thanksgiving was great, but I was certainly ready to return to my routine. After running the Turkey Trot (four mile run) in 37m30s and five full days of exercise, I enjoyed a three day break. Rest and recovery felt great and I felt strong for today's workout.
It was a quick, but effective session. 20 minutes HIIT, followed by some leg work. Tomorrow is upper body. Here's to a great week!
