My food hasn't been fancy, in fact it is pretty much the same every day, but I don't mind, and it is working. My workouts are the same from week to week as well, so not much to update on that front.
Now it is time to set the plan for May and get going....
Cardio this morning. Nice to have it done before the rest of the day.
Numbers are in and the program appears to be working! Of course it only works if I execute it, so yay me!
In summary, I have lost 3.4 pounds of fat and gained .6 pounds of muscle, according to the Omron scale I have. These numbers are WITH the start of my cycle, yesterday. Maybe they'll be even better next week?
