Workout post vacay, done! I have a cold and REALLY wanted to not workout, but time is of the essence. My primary focus right now is prepping for a competition. However, the Spartan Sprint is just under six weeks away. My cardio for the prep will consist of burpees and similar functional cardio, to help prep for the Spartan.
Today: 30 minutes alternating 1m low, 30 s med and 30 s hard. 15 m yoga
