January 30th

Jan 30th #devo...Psalm 20 speaks to me of victory! Victory in Christ, because of trusting and boasting in the name of the Lord (v7), rather than variable circumstances in the world around us. Not only victory, but support, refreshing, strength and an uprightness, as well (v2 & v8). This is an encouragement for those days when it feels like the mind won't rest, or emotions want to dominate, or certain circumstances do not appear to be changing, or the body is resistant to cooperation or being well. Or - all of the above, all at once. Even in those times, He WILL support you, refresh you, and strengthen you. Happy Friday!
