Some good morning truth. Not only have I found this to be true, but others have or are finding the same. Physical and emotional well-being improve, as we place intentional focus on our faith. . Don't have faith, don't care? That's alright. Just 10-15 minutes of being quiet and open in prayer/meditation, can begin to release some of those locks lining the door jam of one's heart.
