Week 1 (again) - Midweek

Checking in. The week has been GREAT, so far! I posted my workout schedule and ended up changing it to better support my nutrition. Actually, looking at it now, I just mixed my days up on Excel - der ;-P Anyway here is how it has played out...

Sunday - 40 min cardio, free nutrition
Monday - 25min fasted HIIT, LC (low carb) nutrition
Tuesday - 35min SS (steady state) LI (low impact) cardio, LC nutrition
Wednesday - 40min upper body weights, HC (high carb) nutrition

I weighed in this morning and I am down 2 pounds. Not too bad! I'm sure that is water weight due to the two low carb days, but it will add up by the end of the week.

Tomorrow is the Turkey Trot, followed by Thanksgiving feasting, woot woot! However, I get my bottom braces today, so my feasting will be strategically reduced ;-) Yes, it was planned that way. I feel a bit behind on my goals. it was important for me to get back on track and not gain during the next six weeks. Besides, I can enjoy turkey, green beans and ham, cauliflower salad, cranberry spinach salad and even some mashed potatoes - so I don't feel as though I am lacking AT ALL!
