Hello! Hello! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas :) The past week has been a great blessing. There have been crazy moments and busy moments balanced with restful moments and peaceful moments. All moments I have been able to really enjoy with my kiddos and BE with them. They are off on a three day adventure, so I have some time to myself.
So what to do? Update my Whole 30 experience so far. Begin a new book I am excited to read. Get some good workouts in. Hopefully start the scrapbooks my kiddos have been wanting me to make for a few years now. How is Whole 30? It is going really well. I have been posting daily on Instagram, which has helped hold me accountable. Connecting with others doing the challenge really motivates me. I did, however, deviate on the seventh day. I chose to have apple pie and chocolates. According to the rules of the challenge, I must start over. Which is OK. I know what to expect. I can expect to feel REALLY good. I can expect to lose a couple pounds. Most importantly, my body can expect the nutrition it needs to be healthy and strong. I hope you have a happy and safe New Year!
