My Monday in a nutshell: morning breakfast, feeling good (see first pic), work, spacers for braces (again, see pic and moms, give your kiddos a break if they are crabby with their braces at first, ouchiwawa), more work, dinner, a workout and I'm spent (pics)! Getting back into a welcomed routine after the past several weeks. The next ten days are going to be a bit challenging with my spacers and a sore mouth. I might have to rely on supergreens and soups for the next couple of weeks. Contrary to what others may think, I have a small mouth and any little pressure (like, say, eating) causes the little buggers to want to pop out. So I am going light on food to help prepare my teeth for my first round of orthodontia next week.
I think I may utilize this time to do a partial fast and cleanse myself of sugar and caffeine. Of course I will keep my supplements and cardio in place, as well as my sleep. This is a nice little challenge before Thanksgiving, and should be good from a stress reduction point and for giving my adrenal glands a rest. Have a great week, God bless!
