I came across the TGIF portion of this on the web today, and added the tag line. When I think of my attempts recently to become whole in spirit, soul and body, I realized I treated it as a Monday thru Friday (at noon) endeavor. I basically would undo all my efforts by having a "my weekends are off limits" mentality, then wonder why I didn't feel better, see #musclegains or fat loss or believe I was #strongerinSpirit. This time around, I am going to UP MY GAME when it comes to the weekends. I am going to get up at the same time as I do on the week day, continue devotions and spend more time in prayer, exercise and treat them like "last chance" workouts before Monday metrics, and experiment with recipes while prepping for the following week. 2015 will be the year I experience optimal health and accomplish some long held goals. It's time to do things differently and experience different results.
