Checking in. The week has been GREAT, so far! I posted my workout schedule and ended up changing it to better support my nutrition. Actually, looking at it now, I just mixed my days up on Excel - der ;-P Anyway here is how it has played out...
Sunday - 40 min cardio, free nutrition
Monday - 25min fasted HIIT, LC (low carb) nutrition
Tuesday - 35min SS (steady state) LI (low impact) cardio, LC nutrition
Wednesday - 40min upper body weights, HC (high carb) nutrition
I weighed in this morning and I am down 2 pounds. Not too bad! I'm sure that is water weight due to the two low carb days, but it will add up by the end of the week.
