So I am in the home stretch of the Whole 30 challenge, and I am feeling pretty good about it. I will be honest, I don’t feel as though I have lost a considerable amount of fat. I do feel I have gained some muscle. I know I have gained the discipline needed for the next step of my journey, and I have formed the life changing habit of rising early for devotions.
Aaaaah (that's a sigh, not a scream) the past two a weeks have been SO different than what I have experienced in the past. I am beginning to FEEL the transformation I am currently undergoing. Let me explain.
I am absolutely NOT a morning person. I have been known to sleep in until the last minute. I have been known to always choose more sleep over having a little extra time in the morning to help things run smoother. This part of me is changing.
I finally have a moment to update the blog! The past couple of weeks have been REALLY good – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
